Project Run Ballarat Marathon
Welcome to our 12-week Ballarat Marathon Coaching Program.
People make training fun! Our comprehensive 12-week coaching program is designed to prepare you for race day with expert guidance, a supportive community, and a personalised approach to training.
What to expect?
12 weeks tailored run coaching by Project Run Coach Liam Werrett.
Nutrition Expertise by Nutritionist Erchana Murray-Bartlett to ensure you’re fueling for training and race day to perform at your best. Google Meet sessions will include:
Gut Training & Fueling for training.
Carb Loading & Race Nutrition.
Tailored strength coaching with Strength Coach Gus Martin including live online run-specific strength sessions once per week for 12 weeks. All you need is yourself and a phone/laptop.
Key group training runs around the lake. We’ll set up table with drinks and nutrition and practice our pacing and nutrition strategies as a group. And, of course, we’ll get coffee afterwards.
8 Weeks Out: Sunday, March 2
6 Weeks Out: Sunday, March 16
4 Weeks Out: Sunday, March 30.
Sessions will be released closer to the date but all will include warm up / cool down and session.
Group Shake out run on Saturday 26th of April in Ballarat.
How it works?
We use Training Peaks to integrate your training program with your GPS watch, allowing direct contact with your coach.
You’ll be added to our Project Run WhatsApp group where we will share training updates and community news.
Upon starting, we’ll spend some time talking through your running journey, race goals and work/life balance to ensure we’re tailoring your program to you.
Cost?
$400 for the 12 weeks, all inclusive (that’s only $33 per week).
Kick off?
12 weeks starts from Monday January 27th, 2025.
